1. What this is

healpsoriasis.org is run by Adam Blackburn ("we", "us"). It publishes educational material about psoriasis: a book, digital products, and free interactive tools.

By using this site or buying anything here, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. This is education, not healthcare

Everything here is educational. It is not medical advice and does not create a doctor–patient or practitioner–client relationship. The full Medical Disclaimer is part of these terms, and the single most important line in it is this one: never stop or change a prescribed medication because of anything you read here.

You are responsible for your own health decisions, and for involving a qualified clinician in them.

3. Using the site

You may read the site, use the free tools, and print things for your own personal use.

You may not: use the site unlawfully; copy, scrape, or republish substantial parts of it; resell or redistribute anything you bought here; remove copyright notices; present our material as your own; use it to give medical advice to others; or attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site.

You must be 18 or older to buy anything or to join our email list.

4. What you get when you buy a digital product

When you buy a digital product you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it yourself. One purchase, one person.

That means you may print it for yourself, keep it on your own devices, and use it for as long as you like. It means you may not share the file, upload it anywhere, sell it, give it away, include it in another product, or use it with clients or patients.

Using it with clients is a different licence. If you are a practitioner, coach, clinic, or group leader and you want to use these materials with the people you work with, that is genuinely welcome — but it needs a practitioner licence, not a personal one. Email hello@healpsoriasis.org.

We may update products after you buy. Where we do, you get the updated version at no extra cost for the life of the edition you purchased.

5. Refunds

Digital products have a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If a product isn't right for you, email us within 30 days and we will refund you. You do not have to justify it. Keep the files.

UK and EU buyers — the cooling-off mechanic. For digital content delivered immediately, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel, and that right is only lost if you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you are giving it up. If we do not capture that acknowledgement at checkout, the 14-day right survives regardless of what this page says.

Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms state that beginning the immediate download acknowledges immediate performance and loss of the withdrawal right. Our separate 30-day promise is more generous than that statutory minimum and remains available even after download.

The book on Amazon is sold by Amazon, not by us, and Amazon's own returns policy applies. We cannot refund an Amazon purchase.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are in USD and may change; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record — we never see your card details. You are responsible for any taxes that apply where you live, unless shown separately at checkout.

7. Copyright

All content — the book, the products, the tools, the text, and the design — is owned by Adam Blackburn and protected by copyright. Buying a product buys you the licence in section 4, not ownership of the content.

Short quotations for review, comment, teaching, or news reporting are fine and welcome, with attribution. Reproducing chapters, worksheets, or tool content is not.

If you believe something here infringes your copyright, email hello@healpsoriasis.org with enough detail to identify the material and we will deal with it promptly.

8. Affiliates

We run an affiliate programme. Affiliates earn a commission on products they refer, and are bound by the separate affiliate terms, which require honest disclosure and prohibit medical claims. Affiliates are not permitted to review the book on Amazon — a reviewer with a financial stake is not allowed to review, and doing so risks the review, the account, and the book's standing.

Affiliates speak for themselves, not for us. If you see an affiliate making claims that contradict the disclaimer on this site, please tell us — hello@healpsoriasis.org — and we will act on it.

9. Email

If you join the waitlist, we will email you about the launch of the book and its companion tools — nothing else, unless you separately agree to more. Every email we send will have a working unsubscribe link, and you can also ask to be removed at any time by writing to privacy@healpsoriasis.org. Unsubscribing is immediate and permanent: we keep only a scrambled, one-way code of your address so it can't be added back by mistake. We do not sell or rent the list.

10. Links to other sites

We link to studies, organisations, practitioners, and products. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their products, or their advice.

11. No warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is". We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the tools are free of defects, or — importantly — that any protocol, product, or suggestion will produce any particular result for you. Psoriasis is variable and individual, and no outcome is promised.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, data, or opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer, which are unaffected by these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Panama, and the courts of Panama have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, and nothing here deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The revision date at the top will change, and the terms in force when you bought something are the ones that apply to that purchase.
