This page explains how Heal Psoriasis — a trading name of Trulab Consulting Inc S.A. (Panama) — handles information that could relate to someone's health. It adds to our Privacy Policy.
What health-related information we collect
- The email address of people who join the waitlist. Because the list is about a psoriasis book, being on it could suggest an interest in psoriasis.
- Once the store opens, records of what someone bought from us, which could suggest the same.
We don't collect anything you enter into the quiz or the tools — that stays in your browser.
Why we collect it and how we use it
To email waitlist members about the launch of the book and its tools, and to deliver and support purchases. Nothing else.
Where it comes from
Directly from you when you join the waitlist, and from our checkout provider, Lemon Squeezy, when you buy something.
Who we share it with
We don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone for their own use. It's handled for us only by our service providers, under contract: Vercel (website hosting and storage), Titan (our email), Resend (sending our emails, once we start) and Lemon Squeezy (checkout, once the store opens).
Your rights and how to use them
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it deleted, or withdraw your consent at any time — the unsubscribe link in any email works too. Email privacy@healpsoriasis.org. We reply within 45 days, and usually much sooner.
If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying with the word "Appeal". We'll answer the appeal within 45 days. If you're not satisfied with the outcome, you can contact the Washington State Attorney General.
